专用功能部件

The lower and upper drums of HES are constructed with hemispherical plates providing the highest level of safety and strength.

By applying the technique of tapering each end of tubes, heat is able to run from pass 1 thru pass 3 smoothly. This will prevent turbulences that cause overheating to the tubes.

The stainless steel made economizers (feed water pre-heaters) are ideal for saving energy. High efficiency and durability. See specification sheets below for details.

The whole system of HES boilers are controlled by a P.L.C. Our engineers are able to adjust the system and quickly. This gives best flexibility and reliability.

The HES boilers are fitted with an auto. discharger (blowdown) to ensure fine water quality. The auto discharger is controlled by a P.L.C. and the parameters are adjustable according to supplied water quality.
